  • Post Engagement – this is the number of times people engaged with your posts through reactions, comments, shares, and clicks.
  • Responsiveness – the response rate is the percentage of messages you responded to in Messenger. Response time is the average time it took for your Page to respond to a message, based on the fastest 90% of response times in Messenger.
  • Videos – this is the number of times your Page’s videos played at least 3 seconds or for nearly their total length if they’re shorter than 3 seconds, broken down by total, paid, and non-paid. During a single instance of a video playing, Facebook will exclude any time spent replaying the video.
  • Page Followers – this is the number of new people who have followed your Page, broken down by paid and non-paid. The number shown is an estimate and may not be precise.
  • Orders – this is the number of orders you have received and your earnings in the chosen timeframe.
