1. Log in to your Canva account
2. Once logged in click your Account picture and click Account settings
3. Click Billing & Teams and under it Click Cancel subscription
4. Click Continue cancellation
5. Why do you want to leave us?

7. Canva Pro Subscription should no longer be existing under your Account Settings
