1. I rejoiced when I heard them say: we go to God's own home.
And now are feet have stood within Your temple, Lord.
2. For the sake of Jerusalem, pray peace be in our walls.
And peace be in our homes, may God's own good be known.
3. For the sake of our friends and kin, pray peace be in our hearts,
For the sake of His own home,
may God's own good be known in our hearts.
