Need to check your lab results or medical reports from Makati Medical Center? You no longer have to wait or travel just to get your hands on them. Makati Medical Center now offers a convenient way to access your medical results right from your computer or phone.
If you haven't tried the portal yet, here is the quick guide to getting started. It only takes a few minutes to set up, and it’s much better than waiting in line at the hospital!
- Visit the Makati Medical Center website
- Click "Online Results Tab" (a new login page will open)
- Enter your PATIENT ID and EPISODE NUMBER found on your billing receipt to log in. It is located under "A. Identification Section"
Computers or Mobile devices should have at least a PDF viewer/ application/ reader version 9 or above. - To view your results, read the MMC Terms and Conditions and if you agree, click "ACCEPT"
- All available results of the encoded PATIENT ID for the past thirty (30) days will appear
- To download the file(s) selected, click option on the upper right-hand for desktops or press and hold the screen for your mobile device's printing options
- Print and/or download the file(s) to your directory
- Click "Log Out" to exit and redirect to the Makati Medical Center website

A printed copy of results beyond 30 days may be requested at:
- For Cataract & Refractive Laser Surgical Center – 6th Floor, Tower 2 (Service Hours: Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Closed on Sundays and Holidays)
- For Heart Station – CVDL Heart Station, 3rd Floor, Tower 2 (Service Hours: Monday to Saturday 6:00 AM-10:00 PM, Closed on Sundays and selected Holidays)
- For Laboratory Procedures – Department of Pathology and Laboratories, Ground Floor, Tower 2 (Service Hours: Daily, 24 Hours)
- For Nuclear Medicine Procedures - Nuclear Medicine Department, 3rd Floor, Tower 2 (Service Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM-6:00 PM, Saturday 7 AM-3PM, Closed on Sundays and Holidays)
- For Pulmonary Laboratory Procedures - Pulmonary Laboratory, 4th floor, Tower 1 (Service Hours: Daily, 24 Hours)
- For Radiology Procedures – Radiology Central Releasing Section, 1st floor, Tower 1 (Service Hours: Monday to Saturday 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, Sunday (9:00 AM-5:00 PM)
