The Metro Manila Council officially adopted the Single Ticketing System on February 1, 2023, through the enactment of the Metro Manila Traffic Code of 2023. The pilot implementation began on Tuesday, May 2, across select cities in the region.
The initial rollout includes the cities of Manila, Quezon City, Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Valenzuela, Caloocan, and San Juan.
This system aims to streamline the handling of common traffic violations across Metro Manila. Below is a list of the most frequently committed violations along with their corresponding penalties.
