NCAP Zones in the Philippines Where You Need to Be Extra Careful

CCTV monitoring road

Have you recently driven through areas covered by the No Contact Apprehension Program (NCAP)?

If so, it’s a good idea to check your vehicle’s plate number as soon as possible. NCAP uses surveillance cameras to monitor traffic violations, and you might not even realize you’ve been flagged until a notice arrives. To avoid unexpected penalties or late fees, take a few minutes to verify if there are any outstanding violations linked to your plate number.

Settling any fines promptly can save you from added stress and potential legal issues down the road—especially if you plan to renew your registration. Don’t wait for a surprise notice—check now and stay ahead!

At the moment, the no-contact apprehension policy (NCAP) is still suspended. The program was temporarily shelved after the Supreme Court issued a Temporary Restraining Order on August 30, 2022.

Enter your notice of Violation Number and Pin Code in the search form of the following NCAP websites. If you do not have a notice slip but would like to inquire about your vehicle, you may search your plate number (for example ABC123 without space).
